We are here!!!!!!

First of all, thank you for your prayers for our safe travel.  Eveything went extremely well yesterday.  All flights connected with out issue.  We arrived last night, got our things moved in, and went through a brief orientation before bed.

This morning we started work on the walls and roof of the chapel that we will take out to the village next Wednesday (6/18).  A seperate crew went to the site and worked on the foundation.  That was a difficult job.  As usual, our Siloam Springs Bible Church youth group is setting records and exceeding expectations.  We got farther than they expected on the chapel, but we still have plenty to do.

This afternoon we practiced our presentation for the community and, again, the kids were outstanding.  Everything is well prepared.  They have worked hard and are ready to present the gospel to the people here.  We will leave in about an hour to to that.

We are with another team of 5 from Michigan. They are a great blessing.  TIME  Ministries have gone out of their way to insure that all of us are safe and well cared for.

Please check the GAP Photo button for a few pictures.  We will update again when we get the chance.

Most excellent dudes and dudettes....
you're on our minds all the time!
Love the photos of what you're doing....more! more! more! (please)

Daniel...got your jeep windows on...whew...big job! It is fun getting around town in it. I'm working on my red neck wave cause they're all waving at me!! course, when they don't see I don't have an afro, they get a bewildered look on their face! I just give them the thumbs up and everything is fine.

David, hope you're getting some kind of java....miss not pouring you a cup and watching you pour the 1 lb. pound of sugar in it!!!!!
whimpy coffee!!! Oh well...I'll have the coffee going for ya when you get back. Maybe someone can "try" to improve on the back massage I give you...but I doubt it!!!
"trade" anyone?

So glad to hear that you all are doing well. Big hugs and kisses to the rest of the Caldwell clan. Hannah and I are surviving, although we need to make a grocery run sometime. By the way, Zipper is still going strong! Love Lizzy

Hey family, Really looking forward to hearing all that God has been doing in your lives, and of those you are meeting. Would love to have been there as the walls went up on the chapel.

Guessing you might be feeling worn out and sad/glad to be leaving As God told Moses, "...My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest." Keep enjoying what God brings your way! wanda west
